The journey begins with appetizers designed to awaken your palate. A harmonious trio features Iberico ham paired with melon and crowned with caviar, an assorted sashimi tart bursting with fresh flavors, and beef-filled morel mushroom, celebrated for its umami richness and delicate textures. This symphony of starters sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience.
The spotlight then shifts to sashimi, showcasing the mastery of dry-aging seasonal fish, sourced directly from Japan. Two distinct approaches cater to varied preferences: the "Refined Tastes" menu offers three exquisite seasonal selections, while the "Exclusive Palette" elevates the experience with an additional ama ebi, amplifying the luxurious allure of the dish.

For the main course, the "Refined Tastes" menu features the succulent teriyaki charcoal-grilled Gindara, while the "Exclusive Palette" unveils the indulgence of charcoal-grilled Australian Wagyu M6-7. Both are meticulously crafted to highlight the smoky elegance of open-fire cooking. Exclusive to the "Exclusive Palette," the foie gras sandwich adds a layer of decadence, pairing caramelized pear with a crafted red wine blueberry sauce.
